D.C. EVEREST SPRING SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS (Grades 9-12)
Parents and Student-Athletes,
We are quickly approaching the spring sports seasons. Please mark your calendars for the upcoming parents/coaches meetings for grades 9-12 and practice start dates!
Spring Parents and Coaches Meeting
Monday, February 19th @ the Senior High School
6:15 PM to 6:55 PM – Online Registration in Computer Lab 213
6:15 PM to 6:55 PM – Athletic fee payments can be made in Commons
7:00 PM – Athletic Director Meeting in the Auditorium
7:30 PM – Individual Coach/Sport Meetings
9th Graders are not required to attend, but are encouraged to.
Parents: if you attended the Athletic Director’s portion of the meeting for a fall or winter sport; you do not need to attend, but please be sure to arrive by 7:30 PM for the coaches meeting!

WIAA Physical Examinations
All students participating in interscholastic athletics must have a completed WIAA Sports Physical form on file at D.C. Everest prior to practice or participation. Each physical form must be signed and dated by a licensed Physician (MD or DO), PA or APNP.
Note: Physical examination taken April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years; physical examination taken before April 1 is only valid for the remainder of that school year. 2017-2018 sports physicals must be dated 4/1/2016 or later.
WIAA Alternate Year Cards
All students participating in WIAA interscholastic athletics must have a completed alternate year card on file at D.C. Everest prior to practice or participation. Alternate year cards are to be completed every other school year.
All athletes must be covered by insurance before participating in a sport. Student accident insurance is offered by D.C. Everest School District. Student accident insurance plan forms may be obtained through the RSchool online registration, or from the office at each school.
Athletic Fees & Waivers
Parents can make payment for athletic fees through the Infinite Campus Student Portal. Fees will not be posted to the student portal until the end of July/start of August. Please check payment status HERE.
Fee waiver forms cannot be submitted online. A printable version of the form is available under the ``other forms`` tab. Completed fee waiver forms must be returned to the athletics office at your child`s school.
